Add your signature to a PDF without printing, signing on paper, and scanning it back in. Draw your signature with your mouse or finger, or upload a photo of your handwritten signature, then click directly on a preview of the PDF page to place it exactly where you want. This works well for signing contracts, agreement forms, and letters — for high-stakes legal documents, check whether your recipient requires a certified e-signature service instead.
This tool places a visual signature image onto the page — it doesn't add cryptographic signing metadata the way a certified e-signature platform (like DocuSign) does, so it's best suited for everyday documents where a visible signature is what's actually needed, rather than documents requiring legally certified digital signature verification.
How to use it
- Upload the PDF you need to sign.
- Choose the page (it defaults to the last page, where signatures usually go).
- Draw your signature on the pad, or upload a photo/scan of it.
- Click on the page preview to place the signature, then adjust its size with the slider.
- Click Add Signature to PDF and download the signed file.
