About this tool
Combine two or more separate PDF files into a single document, in whichever order you choose. Useful for putting together a multi-part report, combining several invoices, or assembling a set of scanned documents into one file.
Merging keeps every original page exactly as it was β text stays selectable, embedded images stay at their original quality, and any existing page numbering or headers in each source PDF are left untouched. This is a straightforward concatenation, not a re-render, so there's no quality loss from the merge itself.
How to use it
- Upload two or more PDF files.
- Reorder them using the up/down arrows to set the final page order.
- Click Process to merge them into one PDF.
- Preview it with the View button, or download the combined PDF.
Example uses
- Combine a cover letter PDF and a resume PDF into one file before applying for a job.
- Merge several monthly invoice PDFs into one document for bookkeeping.
- Assemble scanned contract pages into a single signed PDF.
- Combine multiple chapter PDFs into one complete document.
Frequently asked questions
Does merging reduce the quality of the original PDFs?
No β pages are combined as-is (concatenated), not re-rendered, so text stays selectable and embedded images keep their original quality.
Is there a limit on how many PDFs I can merge at once?
You can add as many files as you need in one session, subject to the overall upload size limit for the free tier.
Can I change the order after uploading?
Yes β use the up/down arrows next to each file to set exactly which order the pages will appear in the final merged PDF.
