Educational content is overwhelmingly distributed as PDFs and slides, and almost none of it is tagged.
What to do: Tag exports, add document titles, and provide key documents as web pages.
Public education bodies are covered explicitly by law in most countries, with named standards and named deadlines. Private training providers are covered by the general rules.
Why it matters here specifically. In the United States, ADA Title II names WCAG 2.1 AA and sets an April 2026 deadline for larger public entities. Across the EU, EN 301 549 applies to public bodies already.
