Who this affects
Screen reader users above all, the autoplaying audio drowns out their screen reader, and they often cannot find the stop button because they cannot hear it.
Fix it in WordPress
Turn off autoplay in the video or audio block settings, and check any background-video setting in your page builder's section options.
What the fix is, technically
Do not autoplay audio for more than 3 seconds, or provide a stop control at the very top of the page.
