Fix it in WordPress
Popup Maker, Elementor Popups and most newsletter plugins have a title field. Filling it usually fixes this. Do not leave the popup title blank.
What the fix is, technically
Give each dialog an accessible name with aria-label or aria-labelledby pointing at its heading.
